We had issues taking a shower. In the middle of a shower the faucet came off, then we couldn't turn the faucet off. Dana was kind to let us out of our contract after one evening because of our dissatisfaction. If you don't mind dealing with these issues, the rate is awesome. After we contacted Air BnB Dana called and tried to resolve our issues. All and all this was a nice to stay at an excellent value. The minor issues that were had were completely out of Dana's control and he worked very hard to correct them.
Would stay again and recommend it to others as well. This place is in a great location, the staff is wonderful, the neighbors are friendly and from all over the world. We would definitely go back! The house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend.

Stuart was such a helpful and considerate host. This is a tough review, since the trailer was great and very clean. However, Evolve really made my rental difficult. First of all, after I booked the rental, they added a paperwork requirement and Homeowner's association fee--due weeks before I ever received notification.
Fortunately, thanks to the owner, that was waived. Then Evolve sent us the wrong address to the trailer. Finally--after paying a substantial cleaning fee, we ended up having to strip the beds, remove the rubbish, collect the towels, and basically cleaning the place.
That said, the unit was clean, convenient, and comfortable--and the actual owners were delightful at clearing up all the problems Evolve put in the mix. I recommend the unit, but not the property management company.

We ate out for every meal as there are lots of good restaurants in the Naples area. It is a great shopping destination, lots of malls and factory outlets in the area. The community was incredibly safe and luxurious. I recommend Barb's place to everyone. She was available to take our calls at any time. She accepted our request with very short notice and understood the situation since we were actually escaping from a hurricane and made us feel at home.
